A special designation in the industry after completion of 96 classroom hours with emphasis on topics such as legal liabilities, professional standards, construction and home sales and specialized areas such as appraisal, financing and real estate investments. In addition, received Broker’s license in 1995 after taking an additional 24 hours. In 2004 received SRES designation, (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). In 2005, received MRE designation (Master of Real Estate)
